Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the video is returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed, and this is always the first remedy — a failed render never costs you anything.

Free previews

The free preview is a short watermarked sample. Unlocking the clean version requires a purchase; the watermark is not a defect and does not qualify a finished video for a refund.

Unused videos

You can request a refund of a video pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its videos have been used. Email support@cofitrend.com with your order ID.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will return the video to your balance after review.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
